Who doesn't like comics?

Hello! I'm back. This time it's not a video. This time we'll create some funny comics. The name of the website is "Pixton". First you should choose your characters' appearances and then the environment. Then you can add speech bubbles and that's it. Now I'm gonna add my comic. I prepared it for 10th grade, 3rd unit "legendary figure" which includes past tense as a language focus. Please take a look!

Nearpod gives you an opportunity to create professional slides that you can use as a material in your classes. Reality on computer screen!

Hello again. I have a suggestion for you. Dear English teachers and learners, I strongly recommend you to use virtual reality (VR) both in classes and in your daily life. It's really an easy and enjoyful way of learning. Also because it represent a reality, it's more authentic. To tell briefly what VR is, I can say that there are two types of VR. One is VR on computer screen and the other is VR with googles. In this post I'm gonna talk about the former and in the next post I'll tell you my experience with the second type of VR. You can use the computer game "Second Life" for VR on computer screen. You first need to download it and then you can play the game. I think it's useful to use it in education because students can learn many vocabularies when they design their houses, offices etc. Also they can speak with real people while playing the game both orally and written. Hi everyone! This week i have an aurasma study. Before the video i want to explain what an augmented reality is. Augmented reality is the integration of digital information with the user's environment in real time. Unlike virtual reality, which creates a totally artificial environment, augmented reality uses the existing environment and overlays new information on top of it. It's important to integrate them into education. Because they give us an opportunity to create a more concrete environment. For example instead of saying "elephant means fil in Turkish. Write it down 5 times and memorize it“ we can use augmented reality. So, class will be more enjoyable and vocabularies will be catchy.  Now it's time to watch the video.
