Who's in love with learning?

Image
Hello everyone! If you love learning about anything, do not miss this post. There are some useful websites that you can enroll a course without paying money. You can choose a course on any topic that you want to learn about. The names of the websites are “edx” and “coursera”. Moreover you can have a e-certificate after finishing these courses. But if you want to have a real certificate, you must pay for it. But remember, what is important is just learning. Below, there are some pictures from my progress of “leading with effective communication” course. I've completed the course but edx doesn't sent a certificate. So, I'll share my progress. But keep in mind that if you want a certificate, coursera sends it.

Hello English teachers! Please read this carefully because this is a vital issue in second language teaching. As you all know, students don't like English classes because we always give them some grammar formulas and want them to memorize those formulas. And without providing them proper input, we want them to speak English. But they can't do which is completely normal. But here, if we use games in our classes, students will find it funny and like it. So, their success will remarkably increase. Gamification, unlike what most people say today, is not a harmful issue. On the contrary, it has lots of benefits. For example games develops children's physical skills because it makes them use their muscles. Children also become psychologically healthier. Because when they fight in games, they don't need to fight on real life. Games also help to develop cognitive skills because while playing a game you always think and try to find some strategies. Online games also develops

Hello everyone. As I said in my previous post, now I'm gonna share my experience of VR (virtual reality). But remember that this VR is VR with googles. My teacher Tuncer Can who gives us material design class brought some VR googles for us to experience it. It was my first time and I did really enjoy it. I've already said it's benefits for education in my previous post. So I will not repeat it again but I want to say how we can use VR as a material for activities or tasks. We can use it to teach directions and how to give directions to somewhere, to teach prepositions like on the table, between the chairs and so on, to teach them stuffs that we do in our daily lives, to teach them any kind of concrete vocabulary, to make them gain  communicative competence, and many other subjects that I don't mention here. But most importantly we teach all this subjects without making them bored. They like it and they want to do it more than you because they see it as a game. Lastl

Reality on computer screen!

Image
Hello again. I have a suggestion for you. Dear English teachers and learners, I strongly recommend you to use virtual reality (VR) both in classes and in your daily life. It's really an easy and enjoyful way of learning. Also because it represent a reality, it's more authentic. To tell briefly what VR is, I can say that there are two types of VR. One is VR on computer screen and the other is VR with googles. In this post I'm gonna talk about the former and in the next post I'll tell you my experience with the second type of VR. You can use the computer game "Second Life" for VR on computer screen. You first need to download it and then you can play the game. I think it's useful to use it in education because students can learn many vocabularies when they design their houses, offices etc. Also they can speak with real people while playing the game both orally and written. This helps them to develop their communicative skills. Besides they gain autonomy
